I’m delighted to be one of the featured artists in the HOOT! Presents: Famous in a Just World Series. These shows, as the name suggests, put the spotlight on musicians who would definitely be famous if they were granted the kind of exposure that allowed them to be heard by the masses. Joe Christiano, the founder of HOOT! and an absolute gem, is the curator of the concerts and he has impeccable taste. I will be sharing the evening with an excellent musician and songwriter, Richard Humphreys. He is an ukulele welding, smart songwriter who has intellect, depth and humor at his disposal. I know you will adore him at first strum. 

The HOOT! is a community of musicians in Berkeley that has been an integral part of my musical journey over the years and is near and dear to my heart. This will be an extra special show with some talented guest artists joining me on a few tunes. I do hope that you can join me as well.

Also, it’s worth noting that this is a rare afternoon show, so it’s  perfect for those of you who like to go to bed early or have kiddos who enjoy listening to beautiful music. The venue is my favorite intimate listening room, The Monkey House. If you’ve been there before then you know it’s a place where magical musical moments are just waiting to become treasured memories.
